You’ll learn foundational movement skills, strategic route reading, and practical training tools that will help you climb smarter — not just harder.

Belay certification is required prior to participation.

🧗 Intermediate Adult Training – Drop-In

Tuesdays | 6:00–8:00 PM

Ready to train with intention?

Our Intermediate Adult Training sessions are built for climbers who are consistently onsighting V3–V4 boulders and 5.11–5.12 routes and are ready to move beyond just climbing more — and start climbing smarter.

This structured drop-in program focuses on refining movement, improving efficiency across multiple styles, and building climbing-specific strength in a progressive, sustainable way.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Expanding your technical movement library

  • Route reading and tactical decision-making

  • Power, tension, and body positioning

  • Strength development with proper progression

Training Modalities May Include:

  • Campus Board

  • Kilter Board

  • TRX

  • Hangboards

  • Rings

All sessions are guided by our experienced coaching team to ensure proper form, smart load management, and training practices that support long-term performance.


Prerequisites:
• Belay certified through Mesa Rim
• Minimum of 1 year of climbing experience
