🎃 Graveyard Smash – October Bouldering League 🕸️

 Dates & Format

• Weeks 1, 2, & 3 (October 6, 13, & 20): Score points for your team, climb fresh boulders in The Expansion (Slab Lab), fuel up on candy, and crushers get category bumps.

  • 3 session times

    • Check-in: 4:15pm | Climb: 4:30pm-5:45pm

    • Check-in: 5:45pm | Climb: 6:00pm - 7:15pm 

    • Check-in: 7:15pm | Climb: 7:30pm - 8:45pm

     

• Week 4 (October 27): Finals – Top 6 teams invited to the on sight finals round in The Academy, with your whole team climbing together. Doors @ 5pm. Climbing @ 6pm. Open to spectators with raffle (1 free entry for Graveyard Smash participants), vendors, food, drinks, DJ, and vibes.

Rules

• Climbers must control all 4 designated points to start each attempt.
• Finishes must be controlled with both hands to count.
• Climbers may only climb boulders from their categories.
• The format will be a modified red point with low and high scored zones.
• Attempts will be used to break ties.

Scoring

• Scores will be graded on a curve based on the highest performing individuals within each category to give all teams and categories the best chance of making finals.

Costumes

• Free chalk for costume wearers. The cooler the costume, the more chalk you get. 
• +5pts per person wearing a costume.
