Q:Can we bring a cake or ice cream to the party?

Unfortunately,  cake and ice cream are not permitted  in our facility due to cleanliness and safety concerns. However, small, pre-packaged snacks and drinks are welcome in the party room!

Q: Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in food and drinks into your party.

Q: What should kids wear for the party?

We recommend that all participants wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for movement. Avoid baggy or loose clothing, as it can get in the way while climbing. Closed-toed athletic shoes are ideal; climbing shoes are provided if necessary.

Q: Do parents need to stay during the party?

While parents aren’t required to stay, we encourage at least one parent or guardian to remain onsite for the duration of the party. It’s a great opportunity to cheer on the climbers and capture those special moments!

Q: Is climbing experience necessary?

Not at all! Our birthday parties are designed for kids of all experience levels, from first-timers to seasoned climbers. Our trained staff will guide and supervise the group to ensure everyone has fun and stays safe.

Q: How early should we arrive for the party?

You may 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the party room with decorations and personal items.

Q: What is the maximum number of participants?

Our birthday parties can accommodate up to 20 kids, with 1 staff member for every 5 participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Q: How does the climbing portion of the party work?

Kids will spend about 1.5 hours climbing with the guidance of our friendly and experienced staff. Activities include open climbing, climbing games, and challenges tailored to the group’s age and experience level.

Q: What happens in the party room?

The final 30 minutes of the party are dedicated to celebrating in our private party room! This is the perfect time for opening presents and enjoying any snacks or drinks you’ve brought.

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver for my child?

Yes, all participants must have a signed waiver before they can climb. We encourage everyone to complete a waiver at leaset 7 days prior to your scheduled event, to ensure a quick and smooth check-in procedure. Waivers can be completed online or in-person before the party begins.

Q: How do I book a birthday party?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our website or call us to check availability and reserve your spot. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to the total cost of the party.

Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled event will result in loss of deposit.

Cancellations and adjustments to the participant count made 15 days or more prior to the event will not accrue fees.
