Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is designed for teens who are ready to grow as leaders, build confidence, and take the next step as a young professional. Through hands-on experience, mentorship from veteran staff, and focused professional development webinars, teens will gain the experience they need to become outstanding camp counselors!
