Mesa Rim Yoga School

Our Yoga Teacher Training gives participants the skills to confidently teach Modern Vinyasa Yoga, incorporating classic Yoga and meditation practices with current understanding of physiology, psychology, and movement. Our lead trainers have years of experience in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, meditation instruction, academic study, personal fitness training, and movement coaching. As both a Yoga center and climbing gym, we are uniquely positioned to illustrate the application of Yoga’s mind-body connection for climbers and other athletes. We believe the practice of Yoga provides essential tools for thriving in modern society, and should be accessible and safe for all.

Investment

Prepaid Tuition: $2800 ($300 deposit with balance paid in full before 8/15/2026)

Monthly Payments: $2950 ($300 deposit plus seven monthly payments of $378.57 from August 15, 2026 to March 15, 2027)

Deposit of $300 required upon registration. Deposit is non-refundable after July 15, 2026.

Your tuition includes full membership at Mesa Rim Reno for the duration of the training (August 15 2026 through March 15 2027)

 

 

Mesa Rim Yoga School is registered with the Yoga Alliance, and our training provides over 200 hours of instruction (both in person and online). Upon completion of the program you will be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as RYT-200. Your tuition includes Mesa Rim membership for the duration of training, and the training is open to all participants 18+.

Participants can expect to: 

  • Deepen their own practice through breathwork, asana, and meditation
  • Learn Yoga history and philosophy, including in-depth study of The Yoga Sutras
  • Understand mechanics of movement, movement compensations and natural variations in body architecture
  • Learn to successfully and safely teach with confidence (including sequencing, theming, adjustments and modifications)
  • Learn how to teach inclusively, with trauma-conscious considerations
  • Explore Yoga’s mind-body connection for climbers and other athletes
  • Apply Yoga and meditation practices to daily life
  • Learn about the Business of modern Yoga
