This 4-week series teaches you the why, what and how of safe and effective weight lifting.

Instructor Aidan Gray (an avid weightlifter and Kinesiology graduate) breaks down the detail of specific movements and fundamental weightlifting techniques, then incorporates them in a guided workout so you can practice those techniques. At the end of the series you'll have the understanding to adapt and create your own workouts, and you'll receive a planned workout that incorporates everything you've learned.

Week 1: Squat sequence fundamentals(Back and front squat)
