Our Adaptive Youth Team is a great option for youth climbers with disabilities to climb and socialize. In these semi-structured climbing sessions, climbers will learn basic climbing and safety techniques while building fitness and coordination. This program is similar to our Youth Basecamp offering, but with a coaching ratio of 1:2 and is staffed with coaches who specialize in adaptive climbing techniques. Our specialized indoor climbing program, supported by experienced physical therapists, offers a transformative approach to movement, wellness, and community.
Mesa Rim’s Adaptive Climbing Camp offers young adventurers a fun, supportive space to explore rock climbing! Campers of all abilities, including those with disabilities or neurodivergence, will learn climbing basics, knot-tying, and gain confidence with the help of expert coaches in a customized, inclusive environment.
