
The Adult Training Team is for climbers aged 18 and up seeking recurring coached instruction and individualized training plans. Under the direction of one of our expert coaches and alongside a group of similarly motivated peers, participants will develop a consistent climbing and training routine while also learning about what goes into an individualized training plan. In any training program, consistent practice and a supportive community are key to accountability. Our adult team coaches are here to help you achieve your goals today.
Adult Team includes:
3-hour team practice once per week
Billed monthly on the 1st of the month (1-month commitment)
Identify strengths and weaknesses of own climbing and fitness abilities.
Collaborate with a coach to create individualized fitness and climbing plans that target weaknesses and cater to strengths.
Interpret climbing-specific training programs and language.
Build rapport with similarly motivated peers to achieve individual and common fitness and climbing goals.
Establish preventative climbing and fitness routines to support longevity as a climber.
