Birthday Party FAQ

What is included in a birthday party?

Birthday parties include climbing equipment, dedicated instructors, climbing games and activities, and event room time for food, cake, and celebration.

How much does a birthday party cost?

• 2-Hour Party: $60 per participant
• 3-Hour Party: $90 per participant

What ages are birthday parties designed for?

Birthday parties are available for participants ages 4 and up.

Do participants need climbing experience?

No. Most birthday guests are first-time climbers. Our instructors provide all necessary instruction and supervision.

How many participants can attend?

Birthday parties can accommodate up to 30 participants. For larger groups, please contact the Events Coordinator.

Do we get an event room?

Yes. All birthday events include event room usage unless otherwise noted. 

Can we bring food, cake, and decorations?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring food, drinks, cake, decorations, and other party supplies.

Please note: candles, sparklers, and open flames are not permitted anywhere in the gym.

Do participants need waivers?

Yes. Every participant must have a completed waiver before climbing. Spectators and parents entering the facility will also need a waiver on file.

Are parents included in the participant count?

No. Spectators do not count toward the participant total and are welcome to stay and watch the event.

When should I submit an inquiry?

Birthday party inquiries should be submitted at least 3 weeks before the requested event date.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks before the event to reserve your booking.

When do I need to finalize my participant count?

Your finalized minimum billable participant count is due 2 weeks before the event. This number will be used for staffing and billing purposes.

What if more guests attend than expected?

Additional participants must be paid for on the day of the event. Please note that unexpected additions may affect instructor-to-participant ratios, event flow, and climbing time.

What if fewer guests attend than expected?

You are responsible for paying for the finalized minimum participant count submitted 2 weeks before the event, even if fewer participants attend.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are fully refundable if the event is canceled more than 7 days before the event date. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

What should participants wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended. Climbing shoes and all necessary equipment are provided.
